1)缸筒
缸筒的內徑大小代表了氣缸輸出力的大小?;钊诟淄矁茸銎椒€的往復滑動,缸筒內表面
的表面粗糙度應達到Ra0.8um。缸筒材質除使用高碳鋼管外,還是用高強度鋁合金和黃銅。
2)端蓋
端蓋上設有進排氣通口,有的還在端蓋內設有緩沖機構。桿側端蓋上設有密封圈和防塵圈6
以防止從活塞桿處向外漏氣和防止外部灰塵混入缸內。桿側端蓋上設有導向套5,以提高
氣缸的導向精度。
3)活塞
活塞是氣缸中的受壓力零件。為防止活塞左右兩腔相互竄氣,設有活塞密封圈12。還設有耐
磨環11以提高氣缸的導向性。
4)活塞桿
活塞桿是氣缸中zui重要的受力零件。通常使用高碳鋼,表面經鍍硬鉻處理,或使用不銹鋼,
以防腐蝕,并提高密封圈的耐磨性。
5)緩沖柱塞、緩沖節流閥
活塞兩側沿軸線方向設有緩沖柱塞1、3,同時缸蓋上有緩沖節流閥14和緩沖套15,當氣缸運
動到端頭時,緩沖柱塞進入緩沖套,氣缸排氣需經緩沖節流閥,排氣阻力增加,產生排氣背
壓,形成緩沖氣墊,起到緩沖作用。
組成:缸體,活塞,密封圈,磁環(有sensor的氣缸)
原理:壓力空氣使活塞移動,通過改變進氣方向,改變活塞桿的移動方向。
失效形式:活塞卡si,不動作;氣缸無力,密封圈磨損,漏氣。
典型氣缸工作原理和結構
以氣動系統中zui常使用的單活塞桿雙作用氣缸為例來說明,氣缸典型結構如下圖所示。它
由缸筒、活塞、活塞桿、前端蓋、后端蓋及密封件等組成。雙作用氣缸內部被活塞分成兩個
腔。有活塞桿腔稱為有桿腔,無活塞桿腔稱為無桿腔。
當從無桿腔輸入壓縮空氣時,有桿腔排氣,氣缸兩腔的壓力差作用在活塞上所形成的力克服
阻力負載推動活塞運動,使活塞桿伸出;當有桿腔進氣,無桿腔排氣時,使活塞桿縮回。若
有桿腔和無桿腔交替進氣和排氣,活塞實現往復直線運動。
